Candy was a beautiful woman, inside and out. We were good friends in college and in Savannah. Courageous, sweet, very, very strong, very talented, easy to talk to, smart, motivated, energetic, accomplished in many areas, and always ready to seek out more opportunities to try new things. She was really amazing. I can't say enough about her. I will miss her terribly.....and my heart goes out to Mike, and her family.

I met Candy at Live Oak Public Libraries where she worked as the Director of Human Resource never before has a person been more fitted for a position. Candy was an adviser, counselor, humanitarian, and friend. Candy fulfilled each role with beauty and with grace. When my spouse was injured on his job and later fell asleep in death....it was Candy who helped us navigate through his companies policy/procedures and helped me get family medical leave during his surgery. She didn't have to she wanted to, that's who Candy Frawley was sincere, good people, always willing to help a friend. Her kindness had no boundaries, her good deeds towards others will live forever in the hearts and memories of all she touched. Remember to be kind, show concern for others, and give a helping hand that how Candy lived if we could all learn that lesson we'll be better people for it, like Candy.
